Features
The HLN Aerolyn air heaters work independently from the vehicle engines to provide heat to vehicle inner spaces. With the current development of internal combustion engines, efficiency has improved to a level that engine residual heat may not be able to meet the heating requirement of the inner compartment all the time. As a result, a new heating source becomes necessary to keep the comfort level of the vehicle. HLN Aerolyn air heaters work just to solve the problem. The heater draws fuel directly from the vehicle’s fuel tank, has an independent combustion chamber and heat dissipation system. Because it works only to generate heat, the heat conversion efficiency of the heater is significantly higher than that of the engine.
HLN provides air intake fan with brushless motors to independent parking heaters. The motor of the air intake fan is a key part in the parking heater that largely decides the life of the heater. HLN brushless motor can work for at least 5,000 hours during rigorous lab tests. In real operations, its service time can be much longer. With the brushless motor, HLN heaters can comfortably work for 5 years without major maintenance requirement. Therefore, with HLN heaters, your vehicle would not suffer from down times even during most severe winters.
