Coolant heaters can heat cars without external power supply and it does not need to start to idle hot cars in winter.Heaters have its own water pump and oil pump.And they are installed between engine and ceramic heater’s tank.The electricity comes from vehicle battery.Then the oil pump lights after it extract a little fuel from oil tank which atomize in combustion chamber.It heat antifreeze by heater exchange system and circularly output to the engine. Making the engine and warm air blower’s temperature get higher gradually.When the temperature reaches 65 degrees,heaters will automatic stop and the remote will display that you have finished heating. This kind of heaters can be used in the heating equipment of the car and can not conflict with another devices.

The HLN Aquano 5K coolant heaters can reduce the engine friction during the engine’s normal operations. In the cold weathers, the engine lubricant temperature can be lower than the optimal operating temperature range. It is particularly true if your vehicle has to idle most of the time to wait for the next task. With the improvement in efficiency of the modern engines, residual heat from the combustion reduces. Together with the low temperature environment and reduced load, the coolant / lubricant temperature can drop to below 60°C. If it happens, the viscosity of the lubricant would increase significantly compared to if it were operating at 90°C. As a result, more fuel would be consumed to keep the engine running. With the help of HLN Aquano 5K heaters, the engine can operate under a much more fuel-efficient condition, saving your fuel cost and protect your engine in a long run.
An HLN coolant heater integrates seamlessly into the engine coolant loop, providing an independent heating source. Within the HLN coolant heater system, the metering pump connects to the existing fuel tank, supplies diesel fuel to the heater for combustion. The circulation pump draws engine coolant into the heater. The heater heats up the coolant, and the coolant continues to warm up the engine block to avoid cold start, or keep the engine operating in a desired temperature. As a result, engine wear is reduced, and the vehicle cabin can be warm without idling the engine.
