Features
HLN focuses on continuously improving the heater quality and pushing it to the limit. The company finished a heater high attitude test above 5,000 meters on the Tibetan Plateau. Both air heaters and coolant heaters went through the tests. A total of five testes points were taken, and at a highest elevation of 5,235 meters. (The five test points were at 2,780m, 3,660m, 4,540m, 4,780m, and 5,235m.) At all test points, both the air heaters and coolant heaters can ignite and operate smoothly. The high elevation test is only one of a serious of tests that HLN performs on its heaters to guarantee the heaters performance.
All of the HLN heaters need to go through rigorous tests before they can hit the market. Conducting in-situ extreme cold environment tests is a standard process for the company as new lines of HLN heaters become available. The company has done multiple tests at an environment temperature of lower than -45°C. In the tests, all air heaters of 2KW, 4KW, 7KW, and water heaters of 5KW, 10KW, 12KW and 15KW are able to start and operate smoothly. In addition, lab tests simulating low temperature (-41°C) and high elevation environments, salt spray, water splash, and electro-magnetic field interference are required for HLN heaters.
The Diesel air parking heater is a small fuel furnace controlled by a single-chip micro-processor. Its furnace body is located in the hood-shape case,which serves as independent air passage. Cold air is sucked into the air passage by the heat supplying fan and blown out when it becomes hot, so as to form another heating system that is independent to the original heating system of the vehicles.

In such a way, heat can be supplied by the heater to driver’s cab and passengers’ compartment no matter the engine is working or not working.
